If you can recall, Nollywood critic Charles Novia reportedly caught up with Genny while smoking on set a few years back, rumours currently have it that the mother of one has since been doing her smoking secretly.
According to sources, Nollywood actress Genevieve Nnaji and Tonto Dikeh are two top female movie stars who find solace in tobacco at the slightest provocation.
O well, according to Tiwa’s blog:

Genevieve Nnaji have dumped her over her addiction to cigarette.
In the past one year, Genevieve has secretly dated several Lagos big boys but none of them are willing to take her as wife due to her addiction problem.
The source told me Genevieve Nnaji may never find a perfect guy but her love for Tobacco and alcohol is waxing stronger as the day go by. She uses her alcohol and tobacco for comfort in lonely times."
