Man In Court For Kissing And Fondling A Lady's Breasts In Abuja

One Abdullahi Husseni, whose pleasure seeking lips and hands have landed into trouble has been charged before a Grade 1 Area Court in Kado, Abuja, after he allegedly touched a woman’s breasts and gave her a kiss.

42 year old Abdullahi, who lives on 69 Road, Gwarimpa Estate, Abuja, is facing a charge of
assault after one Hauwa Abdullahi of the same address reported the case at Gwarimpa Police Station on March 11.

The prosecutor, Mr. Friday Idi said that the accused touched the plaintiff’s daughter, Aisha Abdullahi’s breasts and kissed her without her consent. An offence, he said, contravened Section 264 of the Penal Code.

Ruling on the bail application of the accused, the judge, Alhaji Abubakar Sadiq, granted him bail in the sum of N10,000 and a surety in like sum.

The case however has been adjourned to April 13 for further hearing.
