Arsenal To Get £3 Million If Barcelona Wins The Champions League!

As surprised as I am? Well, Arsenal will be smiling to the bank £3 million richer, if  FC Barcelona beat Juventus in the Champions League final next month! This is due to a clause in Thomas Vermaelen’s transfer package.

The Belgian defender left the Emirates for Camp Nou last year for a fee around £15 million, but is
yet to play a single minute for the Catalan giants, having arrived with an injury. But as agreed in his contract, the Gunners will get about £3 million if Barcelona win the Champions League.
