Woman Files Lawsuit Against All Gays In The World

A 66-year-old woman, Sylvia Ann Driskell, of Auburn, Nebraska, has filed a hand written lawsuit in which she demanded the judge to rule if being gay is a sin.

According to court records. Driskell is suing all gay people on Earth for breaking “religious and moral laws.” In the suit, entered as Driskell v. Homosexuals, Driskell wrote a seven-page handwritten request to U.S. District Judge John M. Gerrard, to decide once and for all whether homosexuality is a sin or not.

Driskell also wrote that she is 66 years old and that she never thought she would see the day “when
our great nation and our great state of Nebraska, would become so compliant to the complicity of some people’s lewd behavior.”

The suit however did not cite any case law under which a judge could make such a determination. However, she quotes the Webster dictionary and numerous Bible verses.
