Police Arrests Rick Ross For Kidnapping & Assault

Rick Ross was arrested this morning by the police and has since been charged with counts of kidnapping and assault.

According to the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson, the arrest went down ‘without incident’. He added that the investigation “regarding an assault which occurred at a residence on
Highway 279,’ was initiated on June 7.

The rapper's arrest charges includes kidnapping, aggravated battery and aggravated assault. His bodyguard was also arrested and named as a suspect in the case. The both of them allegedly got into a fight with the man working on Rick’s home, which led to the rapper ‘pistol-whipping’ the victim.
