Gunmen Shoots Radio Presenter To Death While He Was Live On Air!

Terrible! A radio presenter, Gleydson Carvalho, was shot to death while he was live on air in Brazil.

According to reports, two daredevil gunmen forced their way into the studio during Carvalho’s regular midday show, overpowering the receptionist and sound engineer before gaining access to the
live studio where they shot Carvalho three times: once in the head and twice in the stomach.

Carvalho was a known critic of the government and corruption, most times, he talked politics on his show at the Radio Liberdade FM. A friend of Gleydson Carvalho’s, Autran Santos, revealed that he constantly received death threats.

Autran said:

“He spoke to me constantly about the threats but said he wasn’t afraid.... .The most serious threats he received were to do with politics. He said he had enemies because of the accusations he made.”

Carvalho died on the way to the hospital, while his shooters escaped the scene on a white motorbike,
