Spotted : Prisoner On A Prison Warden's Bike In Kaduna [PHOTO]

Wonders shall never end o! A lovely blog reader who resides in Kaduna sent in this surprising photo of a Prisoner on a Prison warden's bike.

The question is this; Is the Prison Warden trying to help the prisoner escape or is the Nigerian Prison service now using bikes to transfer prisoners?
