NYSC Now Allows Students To Choose States Of Deployment

According to reports, due to recent attacks and unrest across some states in the country, the NYSC board has now included in its registration procedure a provision for prospective corps members to
choose at least 3 states which they would love to be deployed from which one will be finally selected for them by the board.

Although prospective corps members have restricted Geo-political zones depending on where they schooled, don't you think this innovation stands against the main motive for which the programme was established?
