Ooni Of Ife Causes Major Panic With Sango Traditional Rites In Washington DC (Photos)

The Ooni of Ife yesterday caused a major panic at the Smithsonian Museum of African Art as some traditional rites being held in his honour which was mistaken for a fire a
outbreak.

The Ooni who is on  a tour of the USA, has had different ceremonies performed in his honour at every city he visited. Though no accidents occurred at this ceremony of the thunder god, Sango, the fire alerted fire fighters to the venue.

According to Trendy Africa Magazine, a dozen fire marshals rushed to the scene with three fire trucks, only to discover that it was a traditional Sango performance.

Eyewitnesses add that the officials finally left after being briefed. Lol....African magic things.
