The reality star’s legal proceedings to split from her estranged husband will finalised on 17 December (16), according to court documents obtained by TMZ.com.
Both Khloe and the former basketball star have waived spousal support, and will be equally
sharing their joint checking account and their production company Khlomar.
The 32-year-old is retaining her stake in DASH Boutique, and will remain owner of the Calabasas home in which she currently resides.
Khloe wed Lamar after one month of dating in September, 2009, but she filed for divorce in December, 2013, after allegations were made of Lamar’s infidelity.
Divorce papers were signed by both parties in July last year (15), but never received final approval from a judge.
Despite rumours the pair were about to reconcile, Khloe filed for divorce once again in May this year (16), citing irreconcilable differences. Khloe is now in a relationship with Cleveland Cavaliers basketball player Tristan Thompson.
