Oscar Nominations 2017: La La Land Gets 14 nominations

The 2017 Oscar nominations have been announced, reflecting a refreshing amount of diversity thanks to films such as Fences, Moonlight, Hidden Figures and Lion.

The Academy was criticised for overlooking actors and actresses of colour and films that portrayed non-white narratives for the past two years.
