Finally, Timi Dakolo Proves That He Paid For Majek’s ‘Send Down The Rain’

Following new threats by Majek Fashek's management to slam a N100m lawsuit against Timi Dakolo for infringing on copyright laws when he did a remake of 'Send Down The Rain'. The soul singer

who has always insisted that he paid Majek's management before using the song has made public a copy of the bank teller used in the transaction.

Going by the documents made available by Timi Dakolo, an agreement was signed by Charles Novia who represented Majek Fashek, and the sum of N500,000 was paid on behalf of Timi Dakolo by 'Now Music' to 'November Records'.
