Students Presented With Fowls As Prizes At Speech And Prize Giving Day (Photo)

Students who won prizes at a recently held Speech and Prize giving day in a school in the Ashanti Region of Ghana were presented with fowls. Yes!....as in live chicken.

A photo of the students holding up their fowls has lit up social media. While some people praised
the move, saying a fowl is a valuable commodity for the children, others have branded it a disgrace.
