‘Dammy Krane is NOT Free, No Court Acquitted Him!’- Jet Company

Contrary to trending news, the jet company involved in the case has issued a statement saying that Dammy Krane is not free and that no court acquitted him.

Recall that two days ago, Davido took to
his SnapChat to announce that the Amin singer was a ‘free man’.

Shortly after, Dammy Krane himself took to his social media to deliver a speech, thanking those that stood by him, and throwing shades at those that mocked him when the news of the alleged fraud charges arose.

He also said that the case has been ‘closed’.

Well, the jets company which reported him to the police claiming card fraud, TapJets, has issued a statement regarding the acquittal stories, Pulse is reporting.

According to the blog, the statement obtained from  Tapjets’ Head of flight safety and security, Mr Konstantin, reads:

“There is a 180-day delay in bringing full charges. Information from our attorney indicated that his accomplice, Chukwuebuka Ilochonwu, is giving police full cooperation. This was why they asked for 180 days to bring big charges. So he is not free. Court record says “no action” it does not say “not guilty.”

This latest statement has yet to be refuted by Davido or Dammy Krane.
