Akure, Nov. 21, 2019: The leadership of Ilaje Development Summit Group have reiterated their faith in the people of Ilaje land to liberate themselves from poverty, underdevelopment and poor leadership.

Speaking in Akure, the capital of Ondo State today, the Executive ADMINSTRATOR of IDSG, Rev. Sola Adebawo, said
“Ilaje land has the requisite human and intellectual resources to govern itself better that it currently does, and to develop itself in a sustainable way.”

Preparing for the epoc-making  Ilaje Development Summit scheduled for this Saturday November 23, 2019 at the Dome Internatinal  event center, Akure, Adebawo says Ilaje people have finally decided to take their honourable place in the comity of ethnic nationalities.

“Nothing can withstand the power of a determined people when they decide they’ve had enough” he said.

The strategy of Ilaje development summit group is to collaborate with the government and all relevant stakeholders to help develop Ilaje land in a strategic, planned and sustainable way.

IDSG is made up of intelligent sons and daughters of Ilaje land across different walks of life and indifferent countries of the world.

With the approach to the summit, and the quality of people who have moved into Akure for the event, it is evident that Ilaje will be great again!
