Nigerian Army Reportedly Finds Buhari's 'Missing' Certificate After Elections

Hmmmm....the trending news on Twitter now is that the Nigerian Army has reportedly found Gen. Muhammadu Buhari’s certificate after the Army headquarters had previously denied being in possession of his certificate, which almost got him disqualified.
