Despirate Man Applies For Buhari's Ministerial Position Through Newspaper Advert [Photos]

A man who claims to be an engineer took a half page advertorial in the Vanguard Newspaper to apply to be made a Minister by President Muhammadu Buhari.

He stated that he is Comrade (Engr) Igbini Odafe Emmanuel, and he is the immediate past Director-
General of Delta State Direct Labour Agency, he went on to describe himself as the best man for a ministerial post going by his qualifications and competence.
