Man Steals Women's Panties And Bras For More Than 2 Years Because....

A weird man was arrested recently on charges of theft after he was caught stealing women’s underwear in China.

Shandong police said that they have arrested the 40-year-old man identified as Liang, after being accused of stealing more than 150 pairs of women’s underwear.

Liang was caught after one of his victims called police about her missing underwear that she hung up to dry on her balcony. According to the police investigation, Liang had been stealing panties and bras for more than two years, but this time his luck ran out and was recorded in the act by surveillance cameras.Video showed him taking underwear and then speeding away in his car. Police used the
license plate number to track him down.

He was arrested, and he quickly confessed to his crimes. When police searched his home, they found two full large bags of bras and panties.

Liang however confessed to investigators that the smell of the underwear helped him cheer up and fall asleep. Liang was sentenced to serve seven days in jail and he received a fine of $80.
