Few moments ago, Kim Kardashian West posted a photo showing her mother, Kris Jenner, with her former husband for the first time since his transition to Caitlyn Jenner.

The short caption really caught my attention "The parent trap," yeah, so short but could mean a whole lot.

Firstly, "parent trap" could be interpreted as a description of the fact that though both Caitlyn and kris are divorced after over 20 years of marriage, they are still in the trap of
performing some parental duties such as attending the 18 birthday of Kylie which brought both of them together publicly for the first time.

On a second thought the caption "parent trap" could imply, being trapped or stuck in between two 'women' as parents. It's like a case of someone asking, where the heck is your dad?! Then you point at a 'woman'. Isn't that a trap set by the parents?
