After taking a legal action against her former employers for constructive dismissal, Chelsea’s former physiotherapist, Eva Carneiro who was at a tribunal today has stated through her barrister, Mary O’Rourke that she would love a public apology from Mourinho.
Carneiro’s barrister, Mary O’Rourke QC, told ITV: “We’re not expecting a resolution today. The two sides are so far apart financially. And we want Mr Mourinho to make a public apology.”
Mourinho called Eva Carneiro naive and publicly criticised her for running on to the pitch to attend to Hazard in the draw against Swansea on opening day. She was then stripped of her first-team duties before leaving the club in September 2015.
