Jose Mourinho Sends Man Utd Players His First Message

Jose Mourinho says he is ready to hit the ground running at Manchester United after he was confirmed as new Manchester United manager this morning. 

Speaking to MUTV, he declared: 

“I feel great. I think it comes at the right moment of my career. “It’s what I used to call a giant club and giant clubs need the best managers. 

“I’m ready for it. I’m proud, I’m honoured. “I prefer to forget the last three years. I prefer to focus on the giant job I have in my hands now. What the fans are expecting me to says is that I want to win. 

“The players need to listen: I want to win. “I think I know what they can give me. I think they know what I can give them. 

“The most important thing is the relationship with the players but the relationship [with the fans] is important.”
