Speaking to MUTV, he declared:
“I feel great. I think it comes at the right moment of my career. “It’s what I used to call a giant club and giant clubs need the best managers.
“I’m ready for it. I’m proud, I’m honoured. “I prefer to forget the last three years. I prefer to focus on the giant job I have in my hands now. What the fans are expecting me to says is that I want to win.
“The players need to listen: I want to win. “I think I know what they can give me. I think they know what I can give them.
“The most important thing is the relationship with the players but the relationship [with the fans] is important.”
