Singer Sia Files For Divorce From Husband After 2 Years of Marriage

Top singer, Sia has reportedly filed for divorce from her husband after just two years of marriage. The Chandelier singer filed the documents in Los Angeles on grounds that they have ‘irreconcilable differences’. Then the couple released a joint statement, saying that “after
much soul searching and consideration we have made the decision to separate as a couple. We are, however, dedicated to remaining friends.”

The duo got engaged in June 2014 and tied the knot two months later. Not long after, Sia revealed in an interview with Australian radio station Nova 96.9, that being in the spotlight deeply affects their relationship.

“It’s kind of disappointing because we can’t do anything. I’m kind of a bit famous,” The Australian singer said. “I didn’t realize I’m so famous.”
