Just like Seyi Shay’s outfit to the 2014 Channel O Music Video Awards in South Africa stirred some controversy, her skimpy dress at an event held in Lagos on Sunday, March 1, 2015 where over 5,000 Nigerian youths met with the President of Nigeria, Goodluck Jonathan is now raising the dust.
