A Waitress, Farryn Johnson who was wrongfully terminated has made some money off her former employer.
According to a lawsuit filed in Maryland, Johnson was sacked because she dyed her hair blonde! She stated that her manager told her she could not have that color of hair because blacks do not have
blonde hair.
The former Hooters employee sued the company for discrimination and a jury agreed. As a result, Farryn Johnson was awarded $250,000 for being wrongfully terminated.
The Hooters however called the decision flawed, saying that the court refused to listen to their side of the story.
Hmmm!!! Freedom ohh!!!
