Muazu Resigns As PDP Chairman As Anthony Anenih Prepares Resign Too!

The political crisis rocking the PDP has taken another turn as the national chairman of the party, Adamu Mu’azu has resigned as the national chairman.

According to reports, the embattled National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party resigned due to pressure from party leaders, stakeholders and supporters of the party.

In a letter he wrote to the Deputy National Chairman, Prince Uche Secondus, he asked Secondus to
step in as acting National Chairman in line with the party’s constitution.

Unconfirmed reports also have it that president Goodluck Jonathan has asked the chairman of PDP Board of Trustees (BoT), Chief Anthony Anenih to resign his office as the BOT chairman.
