Police Arrests 10-Year-Old Boy For Robbing Truck Driver With Toy Gun

In a funny but serious incidence, a 10 year old boy was arrested on a charge of armed robbery after allegedly robbing a truck driver with a toy gun in Australia.

According to the police investigation, the 28-year-old driver was sitting in his truck after making a delivery at a shopping center on Great Eastern Highway when at about 4:30 p.m, he was approached by a small person. The suspect was wearing dark clothes with a hood covering his head. He pointed a
gun at the driver and made threats after pulling the trigger. Police arrested the boy not far from the scene, and he was found in possession of a toy gun.

He was however charged with one count of armed robbery.
