Outrage As FRSC Commander Shave Heads of Female Officers (Photos)

New photos of a Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC) commander shaving the heads of some female officers is currently trending online, and has caused a lot of outrage on social media.

As shared by the official page of the Rivers State Command, the Sector Commander Andrew Kumapayi carried out general
inspection on the officers at the FRSC Headquarters in Rivers State, a check which includes inspection of fingernails and hairdos of mostly female officers.

Kumapayi gave the female officers crude haircuts, alleging that they flouted the rules of the command.
