Court Sentences Man To 2 years In Prison For Breaking Into Miley Cyrus’ House

Rusty Edward Sellner who broke into Miley Cyrus’ Toluca Lake home on December 16 last year has been sentenced to two years in state prison for stealing a large amount of property belonging to Cyrus and her brother.

Sellner appeared in court after pleading no contest on February 11 to first-degree residential burglary for breaking into the pop star’s house. Sellner however has previous convictions for burglary and
evading arrest, another hearing will be scheduled later to determine how much in restitution he has to pay back to Cyrus.
