WABC TV reported that he was caught on camera shortly after a 33-year-old woman was sexually assaulted and robbed as she was entering her Newkirk Avenue apartment building.
He is charged with two counts of robbery, strangulation, burglary, grand larceny, criminal sex act, sex abuse, criminal obstruction breathing, sexual misconduct, petit larceny, sexual contact, criminal trespass and theft of service.
